Why Roaster's Round exists
I met these roasters on the road. Now I'm bringing them to your kitchen.
Every big coffee box scales by removing the human — a quiz, an algorithm, a warehouse. You never learn who roasted your beans or why.
I did it the slow way. Over dozens of road trips I've sat in 30+ small family roasteries — a converted garage in Asheville, a tiny shop off a Portland side street — and got to know the owners. So when a bag lands on your counter, I can tell you the person behind it, not just the tasting notes.
That's the whole idea: genuinely great coffee, and the human context that makes it taste better.

Every box starts at a shop like this one.
